Cancellation, Return and Exchange Policy

• 1. Cancellation Policy:

Only 48 hours after making an order will you be able to cancel it. After 48 hours, your order will be considered confirmed, and you can cancel it by contacting us.

• 2. Return and Exchange Policy:

7 Day Return or Exchange: 100% Refund for the Invoice Value within 7 days. No Questions asked. (Not applicable on engraved and personalised products) The return or exchange should be raise within 7 days from the date of delivery. Product should return in original condition.

Lifetime Exchange(LTE) Gold/Platinum 100% Value for Metal weight at the Rate of Invoice. Diamonds 100% Value of Diamonds at Rate from Purchase Invoice. Making Charges and Taxes shall be excluded while calculating the LTE Value.

Lifetime Buyback(LTB) Gold/Platinum 100% Value of Metal weight at the rate from Purchase Invoice. Diamonds 100% Value of Diamonds at Rate from Purchase Invoice. Making Charges and Taxes shall be excluded while calculating the LTB Value.

• Customized jewellery (including engraved/ personalised items) is not eligible for a 7-day return or exchange. Lifetime Exchange (LTE) and Lifetime Buyback will be possible (LTB).
• Our Quality Assurance Department will inspect your returned item once it has arrived.
• Any item that has been changed, resized (by a jeweller other than the firm), or damaged will not be accepted for the 7-Day Return or Exchange, LTE or LTB Offer.
• For a 7-day return or exchange policy, the product must be accompanied by the original product certificate and an original/copied invoice.
• If the client cannot present the original certificate, the firm will send the solitaire/jewelry to the lab for recertification; nevertheless, the customer will be responsible for shipping and certification costs.
• Under the 7-day return or exchange policy, the refund or exchange amount will be 100 percent of the original invoice value.
• If any coupon, discount, Sirius Stars or promo codes were used at the time of purchase, the refund or exchange amount will be reduced by the amount of the coupon, discount, Sirius Stars or promo codes, as applicable.
• Values for lifetime exchange and buyback are computed without making charges or taxes.
• In the event of a refund on a 7-Day Return or Exchange, the refund amount will be sent to the customer's bank account through online bank transfer within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. The refund will be conducted by reversing the transaction if the payment was made using online debit/credit card/net banking.
• If the swapped value is greater than the old product's worth, the client must pay the difference.
• If the replaced value is less than the previous product's worth, the difference will be repaid in the event of a 7-day exchange, but the difference will be maintained as a credit for future purchases in the case of a Lifetime Exchange.
• For overseas orders, this function is unavailable (orders that will be shipped abroad from India).
• SiriusJewels & Lifestyles Private Ltd. maintains the right to modify the terms and conditions for individual clients. The buyer will always be notified of the decision before making a purchase in this circumstance.
• Any new product purchased with LTE value is only eligible for LTE and LTB.
• You may only swap your design for the full value once within 7 days. It will be termed a Lifetime Exchange if you desire to exchange the design a second time.
